Jennifer Sahler, President

Jennifer is the president and co founder of Dispatch Trucking. She started the company with her grandfather in 2003. She went to college at Simmons College and graduated with a bachelors in financial management. She is married and has three dogs; Max, Starla and Mindy. Jennifer rescues dogs in her spare time and together with Angie has rescued over 130 dogs! 



Angela Harding, Office Manager

Angela started working at Dispatch in 2010 part time and then in 2013 came on board full time. Since starting she has become the office manger and will be the person you talk to with any problems and questions about paperwork. Angie is married and has three children; Morgan, Logan and Mikayla and four dogs; Chloe, Rufus, Barnum and Gertrude. She rescues dogs in her spare time and together with Jennifer has saved over 130 dogs!



Morgan Harding, Accounting Assistant

Morgan joined Dispatch part time in 2016 to fill in on office work. In 2017 she decided to come on board full time and became the accounting assistant. Morgan has three dogs; Martha Mae, Avi, Elijah. She also has two cats; Chloe and Eddie.



Rob Magers, Fleet and Safety Manager

Rob has over 30 years in the industry. Rob started his career in Pennsylvania at a drilling and pipeline company. He was there for seven years and worked his way up to a superintendent. After moving back to Minnesota he decided to  open his own body shop. 10 years later he took a dispatching position at Midwest Asphalt and was eventually promoted to safety and equipment manager. His duties now include handling all insurance matters, equipment repairs and maintenance, shop management and safety program development.



Geoff Maass, Tractor Trailer Superintendent

Geoff joined our company in 2013 after running his trucks with us for several years. Geoff lives in South Dakota on his ranch with his wife and two sons. In his free time he likes to travel and fish and spend time with his kids. 



Shawn Hearn, Estimator and Project Manager

Straight Truck Superintendent

Shawn joined Dispatch in 2018 as an estimator and project manager. He has over 26 years of experience estimating, dispatching and running his own trucks. Shawn lives in Farmington with his fiancé and in his spare time he likes to ride his Harley and BBQ. He has 6 children; two daughters, two sons and two stepsons. 




Jeff Penrose, Facility Manager

Jeff has been around Dispatch since the beginning. In 2014 when Jim Lloyd retired he stepped in to help take care of the fleet. He is the property manager at the shop. In his spare time Jeff likes to watch and go to sports games. He also likes to go snowmobiling and hunting. 




Spencer Stroth, Mechanic

Spencer joined Dispatch in May of 2018. He has been a mechanic for 8 years and has been working on cars since he was young. He is married and has a five year old daughter, Riley. In his spare time Spencer helps with his wife's foster dogs. He has 3 dogs of his own; Molly, Koda, Annabelle and Sophie. He also likes to work on his firebird and grill with his family.



Logan Harding- Admin Assistant

Logan joined Dispatch in 2018.He is currently going to Normandale to get his computer science degree. He started as a parts runner after school but has now began learning certified payroll, reporting and general IT. In his spare time he likes to spend time with his friends and family, play video games and help with the foster dogs.
